Where Centrio Medical offers telehealth consultations, those services are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of booking, including consent to virtual care. Telehealth services are available only to patients physically located in British Columbia at the time of the consultation, in accordance with BC physician licensing requirements under the Health Professions Act. Use of telehealth platforms is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. Centrio Medical is not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party telehealth software or your internet connection.
